Simply put, mindfulness is being present for your life with compassion. It is a reconnection with our lives without judgement; a way towards understanding the present as it really is. For me it's been an aide to healing, and a path to self-awareness. The instructors at the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness are doing amazing work, and the proceeds from this album will be donated to them with gratitude.
