At a low point in my life I remember saying "I wish life had a manual". I felt broken, and out of touch. I knew I needed something, and fortunately signed up for MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) at Jefferson Hospital. I learned that the "manual" was always there; it was being in the present. People find MBSR for numerous reasons; the commonality is self-care and compassion. The amazing people facilitating this often say; "being just as you are is a radical act of kindness".

I am donating 100% of my proceeds from this album to Jefferson University Hospitals MBSR...with humble thanks and gratitude.
